Objective: Grow the brand’s social media, sales, and subscribers to achieve the majority market share in Southeast Asia. 

Strategy: We focused on a content-first strategy with strong content being the main differentiation from our competitors. Every content created had a clear purpose organically and was structured such that it would do well for paid ads as well.

  1. Scaled market share in Singapore from approximately 20% to 80%

  2. Led regional expansion into the Philippines, Malaysia, and Australia
